Patti Askew
Human Resources
Patti’s primary role is to plan, organize and direct the human resources department, encouraging the development, retention, utilization and recruitment of competent human resources and providing risk management and insurance oversight. Patti served for more than 20 years in various human resource leadership roles in the healthcare industry. Most recently, she was the Vice President of Human Resources with Georgia Baptist Health Care System, a large nonprofit healthcare system that included hospitals, long term care companies, home care services, physician practices and a College of Nursing. At Georgia Baptist, she oversaw all aspects of the human resource functions for multiple locations and services throughout the state of Georgia. Patti received her bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Clayton State University.
