Our corporate and home health care office is in Norcross, with satellite offices in Kennesaw and Fayetteville. The Hospice Atlanta Center is located in Buckhead and our Care Management Office is in downtown Atlanta. Find out more about Visiting Nurse and our community involvement.

Home Healthcare
Our home health clinicians and therapists enjoy independence and autonomy and are supported by state-of-the-art technology, including personal laptops and home telemonitoring for patients. In June 2007, Visiting Nurse Health System was ranked in the top fifth of home health providers nationally by HealthInsight™, a Quality Improvement Organization. We service 26 metro Atlanta counties.
Hospice
Our hospice clinicians and social workers are part of a compassionate and highly-skilled interdisciplinary team that educates and cares for patients and their families during difficult times.
Care Management
Care Management helps people who are elderly and/or functionally impaired to continue living in their homes and community. For elderly and/or functionally impaired people, CMS offers community-based care as an alternative to nursing home placement.
