From North Atlanta

• South on 400 to Sidney Marcus Boulevard
• Turn Left on Sidney Marcus Blvd.
• Turn Left on Buford Highway
• Turn Left on North Druid Hills
• At the fork, bear right on North Druid Hills
• At the 3rd light, turn left on Lenox Park Boulevard
• Turn right on Park Vista Drive and follow signs to Hospice Atlanta (on left-hand side)

From Central and South Atlanta

• North on I-85 to North Druid Hills
• Go North on North Druid Hills
• At the fork, bear right on North Druid Hills
• At the 3rd light, turn left onto Lenox Park Boulevard
• Turn right onto Park Vista Drive and follow signs to Hospice Atlanta (on left-hand side)
