All contributors have the opportunity to join a giving circle.  Many companies have matching gift programs that will double or triple the amount of your gift to Visiting Nurse | Hospice Atlanta. Please check with your human resources office for details of your company’s matching gift policy. The matching gift contribution from you or your spouse’s employer will qualify you for a higher giving level.  

Giving levels are based on cumulative giving over a 12-month period.  All contributors will be recognized at their giving level in Look Homeward (circulation over 10,000).  Contributors over $1,000 will be recognized on the donor wall at the Hospice Atlanta Center and in the Annual Report.

• Friends of Visiting Nurse | Hospice Atlanta - under $1,000
• Circle of Care - $1,000-$2,499
• Circle of Comfort - $2,500-$4,999
• Circle of Compassion -$5,000-$9,999
• Circle of Strength - $10,000-$19,999
• Circle of Encouragement - $20,000-$49,999
• Circle of Inspiration - $50,000 and above
