Your Gift to the Community

Our commitment to caring for patients of all ages, diagnoses and means is unmatched in the home health and hospice field.   We are able to continue providing compassionate, innovative and cost-effective care of the highest quality because of the ongoing generosity of individuals, foundations and corporations in the community.

You, too, can be a part of Visiting Nurse | Hospice Atlanta as it strives to set the standard for quality care and access and serve Atlanta’s growing need for our services.

Make a Donation Online: This is the easiest way to donate. Or send a check to the Office of Advancement, Visiting Nurse | Hospice Atlanta, 6610 Bay Circle, Suite C, Norcross, GA 30071.

Donate in Memory or Honor of a Loved One: When memorial gifts are made in memory of a loved one, the Office of Advancement will send an acknowledgement to whomever you would like.  When contributions are made in honor of a loved one or friend, the honoree will receive a card announcing your gift. Memorial gifts can also be made online.
