Your Gift to the Community

Our commitment to caring for patients of all ages, diagnoses and means is unmatched in the home health and hospice field.   We are able to continue providing compassionate, innovative and cost-effective care of the highest quality regardless of the patient's ability to pay because of the ongoing generosity of individuals, foundations, and corporations in the community. 

Make a donation online: This is the easiest way to donate. Or send a check to the Office of Advancement, Visiting Nurse | Hospice Atlanta, 5775 Glenridge Drive, Suite E200, Atlanta, Georgia 30328.

Donate in memory or honor of a loved one: When gifts are made in memory of a loved one, the Office of Advancement will send an acknowledgement to whomever you would like.  When contributions are made in honor of a loved one or friend, the honoree will receive a card announcing your gift. Memorial gifts can also be made online.

Additional ways to give

• Support the Annual Campaign, which helps us bridge the gap between the cost of specialized and comprehensive care delivered and reimbursement received. 
• Contribute using planned giving, or deferred giving, options which ensure our ability to serve future generations in need of care.  

Special Events
Personally contribute to one of our special events or encourage your company to sponsor a special event.  The Big-To-Do in the spring benefits our Children’s Program and the fall benefit, In the Moment- A Celebration of Life, supports the end-of-life hospice and palliative care programs we provide to patients in their homes and in the Hospice Atlanta Center.

As we are a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) organization, all donations are tax deductible to the extent provided by law.
